MachineControl is a multi-application platform providing applications and tools accessible via web browser. All applications are provided as-is for authorized users. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any application or feature at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend, lock, or permanently delete any account at our sole discretion, including for inactivity, violation of these terms, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Accounts that remain unapproved may be removed without notice.
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing algorithms. We do not store or have access to your plaintext password. You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it secure. In the event of an admin-initiated password reset, you will be required to change your password upon next login.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not:
Certain applications on the Platform require you to upload files for processing. By uploading files, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to submit those files for processing.
Uploaded files and generated output files are stored temporarily on Platform servers solely for the purpose of completing the requested processing task and making results available for download. Files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 30 minutes of job completion. We do not retain, archive, or analyze the contents of your uploaded or processed files beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
Account information including usernames, hashed passwords, and usage counters are stored in a secure database. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data with third parties for any purpose.
While we take reasonable precautions to maintain Platform availability and data integrity, we cannot guarantee that files or data will not be lost due to technical failures, server errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any files processed through the Platform.
The Platform uses session cookies only. These are small temporary data files stored in your browser for the sole purpose of maintaining your authenticated session while you are logged in to an application.
You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, however doing so will prevent you from logging in to and using authenticated applications on the Platform.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Platform:
Information collected is used exclusively to operate and maintain the Platform — specifically to authenticate users, manage account access, and deliver the requested processing services. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond direct service delivery.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law or valid legal process.
Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Uploaded and processed files are deleted within 30 minutes of job completion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
